These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChatMet (the "Service"), operated at chatmet.in. By using the Service in any way — browsing, chatting, or sharing content — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ChatMet. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Service under any circumstances.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and restricting minors' access to this Service.

3Description of Service

ChatMet provides a platform for anonymous, real-time text and image chat between strangers. The Service is provided "as is" on a best-effort basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You are solely responsible for all content you send or share through the Service.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' sessions

5Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on ChatMet:

• Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM) — zero tolerance, always reported to authorities
• Explicit sexual content shared with or directed at non-consenting users
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
• Content that violates another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Sharing of another person's private or personally identifiable information ("doxxing")
• Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law

6Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with ChatMet — including the ChatMet name and logo — are the property of ChatMet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create. By sending content through the Service, you grant ChatMet a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to transmit that content in real-time to facilitate the chat session. No content is stored or used beyond that purpose.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ChatMet does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We are not responsible for the content of conversations between users. All interactions are at your own risk.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChatMet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

9Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChatMet and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

10Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any conduct we determine to be in violation of these Terms or harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
